Request Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play requirements, users who have created an Orbito cloud sync account can request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data directly through this page or inside the Orbito app.
Delete Directly Inside the App
If you currently have the Orbito app installed on your device, the fastest and direct way to permanently delete your account is inside the app (compliant with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v)):
- Open Orbito on your device (iOS, macOS, or Android).
- Tap on Settings (gear icon).
- Select Sync & Data > Cloud Synchronization.
- Tap Delete Account (highlighted in red) and confirm.
This immediately and permanently erases your account, authentication tokens, and all cloud records (habits, streaks, focus logs, and tasks) from our Supabase servers.
